    What Is Platinum Access?

     You see it everywhere, "VVIP Platinum Broker" "Platinum Access" "1st Round Pricing". If you want to invest in real estate and specifically invest in pre-construction, there are lots of terms to become familiar with. Platinum Access is a big one, the biggest, and most IMPORTANT one actually. It's the one that could save you, MAKE you...thousands.

    So what is it?

    Platinum Access Brokers vary by project. This is because each builder has a history of projects where certain brokers/agents have proven to sell MANY units. Because we've sold so many, and PROVEN our strength as top real estate agents, the builder then decides that those best sellers should get the BEST perks for selling, thus pushing even more inventory on any given project.

    Why would a builder do this? Well, it simplifies the selling process and speeds it up. If you have a top performer and they get you sales you would want to keep using them right?

    So what does that mean for you as an investor? Easy. You have to get a true Platinum Broker, and stick with them. Here's why:

    1. Better Prices

    A Platinum Broker has access to the first round of pricing. Depending on the project, this is limited-time only, but it's the exclusivity that can save you several thousand dollars.

    Once general pricing is released, it means that your unit immediately increases in value to whatever the next round of pricing dictates. That's the benefit of acting fast. If you take a look here, you'll see that our clients made $25,000 in just a FEW DAYS. How? Because they acted fast and used my access for first round prices. Once prices went up, their unit price also went up.Yesterday's price, is LITERALLY not today's price!

    Waiting just means that you miss out on the best units, or getting any unit at all.  WARNING: Be careful working with an agent who CLAIMS to have access but actually doesn't. They'll submit a worksheet for you and then string you along in hopes of getting a left-over unit, but the builder likely won't give it to them if they aren't actually platinum agents. AND you can't resubmit later for the same project with a TRUE Platinum Agent because the builder will flag you! So you miss out. Or worse get the worst unit layout, right by the garbage chute. Ugh.
